If Professional Will Management, LLC is managing records for your provider they will be listed in the directory. If they are not, please contact your provider directly for records requests. 

Requirements for releasing records vary by state. As Professional Will Management, LLC does not have a relationship with you as a requestor of records you should know that we will reach out to clients to verify any records request, including verifying client identity and that the client requested records to be released. In some cases, a specific release form may be needed. Some records are also protected and can only be released under certain circumstances. A representative from Professional Will Management, LLC will talk with you more if we receive a request for your records. 

Professional Will Management, LLC works with mental healthcare providers to encourage good record keeping practices. We are not responsible for the state of records we receive, particularly in the event of an emergency on the part of the mental healthcare provider.
